School Service School Pictures's commitment to quality doesn't stop
when your students receive their portraits. Our company provides a variety
of additional school service items as part of our responsibility as your
school's portrait photographer.
These services include:
Merchandising Support
Our two-noticed program keeps picture day uppermost in the minds of
students and parents. It helps families plan haircuts and chose clothing
ahead of time, and reminds them again at the last minute that picture day
is near.
The first notice is an announcement sent home two weeks before picture day.
The second notice is a reminder, sent several days before picture day, so
no one forgets. Both notices include the date, the types of picture backdrops
available, and list the finished photo package options.
The two-notice program produces better pictures through planning, increases
participation through good communication, and greatly reduces the number
of phone calls that the school will receive about picture day.
Staff Pictures
School Pictures, Inc. will provide a complimentary staff group picture to
all staff members. In addition, complimentary individual portraits are provided
to all staff members.
Rolodex Cards
Rolodex cards are a convenient and speedy system of keeping complete student
information within easy reach. These ready-to-use cards are time savers
that streamline secretarial and record keeping functions. They are amust
on the desks of those who have continuing contact with students and parents.
These cards are presorted to fit your needs: by name and grade or by class.
The come complete with the students photo and personal data on high quality,
durable cardstock.
Pictorial Directory
You can carry the entire student body around your school with a Student
Pictorial Directory. This handy reference tool makes quick work of student
identification. The book contains a full color portrait of each student
and can be organized in several ways: by grade, class, teachers or in whatever
way the school requires.
